In any case, we would like to remind you that you can address all your requests, indicatively but not limited to, to independent institutional bodies, such as the Consumer Ombudsman, the General Directorate for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance etc., subject to any existing statutory deadlines. It is clarified that you reserve the right to hold to your complaint, if you are not fully satisfied by the way the Company handled your complaint.
2. We inform you that European Reliance will process your personal data only to respond to your request, will not pass them on to third parties (except institutional bodies that may be involved) and will keep them in hard copy and electronic form until the time of expiration of the related claims.
