European Reliance - Ongoing support of the sales network
During a time when Insurance Intermediation is undergoing a transitional period of adjustment to the new Market conditions, as such are set out by the Solvency II regulatory framework, the changes in the Tax Laws, the decrease of consumer expenditure and finally the increase of alternative distribution networks, European Reliance substantially supports through a Regulation that fosters growth, the enhancement of its network of numerous and high quality Partners.
According to data of 31/12/2016, European Reliance cooperates with 5294 Insurance Intermediaries, up by 4.2% compared to 2015, composing the largest network of Insurance Intermediaries in the Greek market. The Company΄s Partners work under a fully organised administrative structure, which consists of 5 levels (Commercial Division, Sales Managers, Regional Managers, Store Managers, Sales Supervisors), ensuring the most effective training and management on products, systems and internal procedures. At the same time, there are 100 company branches across Greece, that further facilitate the service and support of its Partners.
In 2016, 766 new Insurance Intermediaries entered the Company΄s network, in order to take advantage of the significant provisions, the competitive products and the fully automated electronic procedures of European Reliance that allow every Insurance Intermediary to work autonomously from their office.
