European Reliance successfully completed the annual audit for the ISO 9001:2015 certification

European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A. successfully performed all required actions for the ISO 9001:2015 certification within the framework of the annual audit by TÜV NORD certification body.
 
The certification by the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 standard regarding the Quality Management System applied by the Company in the sector of planning and providing insurance services is completely harmonized with its philosophy, which focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of provided services and the satisfaction of customers.
 
The Company, after the last supervision audit, succeeded among others the following:

  • To enhance its reputation, ensuring the customers’ trust.
  • To reduce the production expenses, through the improvement of resources and time management.
  • To improve the sensitivity of customers in quality management.
  • To increase the customers’ satisfaction.

It is worth noting, that despite the three-year time period that the Company had to transfer from the old ISO 9001:2008 Certification to the new ISO 9001:2015 Certification, the Company applies the new, strict criteria of ISO 9001:2015 Certification since 2016 and it was easy to apply the new standard. 
 
European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A. is the first Greek insurance company that since 2002 applies ISO Certification for the total of its provided services.
