European Reliance - Digital training via the corporate digital platform “iLearn³”

European Reliance invests in the life-long learning of its employees and keeps organizing training lessons and seminars via the special digital training platform “iLearn³”, that meets all specialized needs of the Sales Network and the in-house employees of the Company.

More specifically, via the iLearn³ platform, we give the opportunity to the personnel and the insurance agents of the Company, to attend the classes, live or via asynchronous learning, any hour of the day, without time restrictions or geographical limitations. With the use of the digital training platform, the Company ensures the quality of the lessons and the comprehensive learning method, since all students participate with the same standardized training material.

It is worth mentioning that the Insurance Intermediaries are getting prepared for the exams for the professional license almost personally, via the on-line platform of the Company, that provides the opportunity to the candidates to operate in a simulated environment similar to the examinations.

The long-term experience of European Reliance General insurance Co. S.A. in the development of the digital training gave the Company the ability to create a new training circle for its Sales Network that belongs to the category “Soft Skills”, under the title “Integrated Course in Sales Techniques”.
