Development of new real time information service systems

European Reliance continues to provide added value to its insured and the cooperating companies and sets into implementation two new electronic service systems.

European Reliance continues to provide added value to its insured and the cooperating companies and sets into implementation two new electronic service systems.

The first service system refers to the extension of the e-claim app. After the development of the real time information service system for the course of the compensation of the insured in the Motor Sector, which European Reliance first introduced in the insurance market, the Company expands its services for the insured of the Non-Life Sectors. With this e-claim app, the insured is able to receive electronic information on the course of the compensation and all stages of the claim, up to the payment of the compensation.

The second service system is the development of the expert’s portal for the assurance of additional benefits and operations. The new website verifies the secure transfer of personal data, increases the processing speed of the information and informs immediately and automatically the experts and the internal functions on the development of the compensation procedure.

European Reliance will continue to invest in digital transformation, aiming to improve the provided services and simplify its procedures for the insured and the companies that it cooperates and further facilitate the work of the Sales Network.
