European Reliance - The Company successfully completed the teleconferences with the Sales Network
European Reliance successfully completed the teleconferences with the Divisions of the Sales Network that took place from September 10 to September 23.
Almost 2,500 Insurance Agents from the Sales Network of the Company participated in the teleconferences and had the opportunity to watch presentations with informational and educational material.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, opened the teleconferences with a speech and presented to the Sales Network the growth of the figures of European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A. comparing to the previous years and the big insurance companies of the market, as well as the SCR Solvency Ratio. Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos presented the sources of these figures and the reasons for the distinguished course of the Company in the Greek Insurance Market, such as its principles, philosophy and conditions that create a unique environment for creativity.
Moreover, he referred to the unfortunate impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the entire Greek Society, presenting to the Insurance Agents of the Company all reasons and means that will facilitate their work in this unprecedented environment, highlighting that European Reliance will continue to stay close to its Insurance Agents under any circumstances and will continue to offer all possible means and knowledge, to achieve their objectives.
Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos finished his speech inviting the insurance agents of the Company to a conscious agreement for the achievement of three objectives: a) the resolution of any type of financial problem of the insurance agents, (b) the promotion of the Company as a leading Insurance Company and (c) the provision of high quality services to the society for total assurance of goods, such as income, family, property and quality of life.
After that, the Sales Directors of the Company presented the objectives and challenges that the insurance agents need to face up to the end of 2020, in an environment that due to the pandemic is difficult for all. During their speech, the Sales Directors commented that the Company already applies the digital transformation and constantly creates new applications and makes available to the Sales Network, new technological means, that aim to facilitate the work of an Insurance Intermediary in the promotion of the Company’s products.
The circle of teleconferences closed with the commitment of European Reliance to continue to develop only via its Insurance Intermediaries and its promise to stay close to the Insurance Agents, providing constant briefing and training and to further strengthen the Company’s position as a leading company in the insurance market.
