European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A. updated its public website, designed in cooperation with Linakis Digital, one of the most reliable companies in digital transformation.

The new website https://www.europaikipisti.gr/en is a turning point for European Reliance and is totally aligned with the Company’s vision and strategy for its digital transformation. The new website focuses on the improvement of customer service, the implementation of the regulatory requirements for insurance policies and gives all information for the protection of assets for every member of the Greek society: protection of income, family, property and quality of life.
Additionally, this can be a big challenge for the Company since the quality of service in every customer experience can differentiate the Company in the market.

The digital transformation and strengthening of the digital presence of the Company led to the upgrade of the user’s digital experience. The website was designed from the beginning, with all modern trends and technologies. Its main characteristics are its high aesthetics, functional structure, user-friendliness and simplicity in the provision of information.
