Phone Call Recordings Information

The recording of the call may take place, according to the legal professional practices, for cases of provision of proof of evidence in future transactions, communication with a professional and quality assurance. In case of recording, the call will be saved for a maximum time period of six (6) months, based on the directives of the competent Authority and the policies and procedures of the Company.
For the special case of proof of the transaction, defense of the involved parties rights, arousal of claims or when it is provided by the Law or decisions of judicial authorities, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or other Independent Authorities, your data may be stored for a longer period of time. Moreover, your data may be transmitted with safety to third parties, as indicatively: attorneys, bailiffs, judicial and public prosecutor's office, public services, public entities, supervisory bodies, as well as social workers. Any access to these data might occur only to the extent that this is necessary for the achievement of the objective. You may have access to any recorded calls and receive information on the recordings, provided no time period of six (6) months has elapsed, since the call date. You own the right to correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data or you may oppose to the processing of your personal data, provided the legal interests of the Company or third parties are not affected. For the exercise of your rights, you may send in writing your request at helpcustomer@europisti.gr or at dpo@europisti.gr In case you are not satisfied by our response to your request, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Authority at https://www.dpa.gr./en. Furthermore, you always maintain the right to appeal to the Greek Courts.
